It was after 5 a.m. that the ship headed to pier.

The birds again. The pier I thought was a black/white design. Turned out to be black with lots of white bird droppings.

Chan Chan said to be the largest adobe city in the world. It is said to have been 9 sq miles



Chan Chan was located in the Huanchaco district of the Trujillo province



Per Smithsonian Chan Chan existed between
850 and 1470 AD
